With the arrival of summer, more and more people would like to buy a pair of sunglasses. Is it good to wear sunglasses in summer? The answer is absolutely yes. In the early stage, the sunglasses only have one style and one color. Now, it develops to more than 20 styles with different colors. However, not every kind of color of sunglasses is good for our eyes.

Some expert believes that gray, green and dark brown are good to our eyes. The color is too dark or too light that are not good for our eyes. On one hand, sunglasses with dark color might cause traffic accident due to incapability of traffic signal identification. On the other hand, sunglasses with light color will not achieve the role of sun shading. So when we choose sunglasses, we have to try it on to see whether there is a big chromatism between the color of real word and the things looked through the lenses. Why we say gray, green or brown are good for our health of eyes. Because the advantage of gray and dark gray is that they practically do not change the colors of the surrounding world; the dark green provides good protection against harmful sun exposure; brown is pleasant for the eyes and suitable for drivers. Amber or yellow colors are intended for use in flat to hazy light conditions and offer high contrast necessary in high-speed, high altitude sports such as skiing by filtering out blue light which makes focusing difficult. Vermilion (pink) actually helps to absorb light in foggy or gray conditions increasing contrast and depth perception, a must for high-speed sports in the winter. Blue and purple lenses are not recommended for any use other than fashionable statement as the color actually serves to increase the contrast-destroying characteristics of blue light.In generally, you can take advantage of them when it comes to the different occasions.
